Jeff Skilling, Bernie Ebbers and Dennis Kozlowski are all rotting in jail.
Why?
Because they cooked the books, took millions in compensation on earnings that only existed on paper, over-valued assets, and manipulated markets.
Their real crime?
They weren’t Goldman Sachs.
