Bank Of England Joins US Fed In Quantitative Easing

The Bank of England has joined the U.S. in quantitative easing. MarketWatch News quoted the BOE’s Mervyn King this morning saying..
“Such measures are known as quantitative easing and amount to effectively printing money in order to boost the money supply.”
